CASA
Casa Cervantes is a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath home perched on a hill top, just a short stroll away from the white sand beach and private dock. Snorkel from the dock, take a dip in the refreshing swimming pool, or enjoy the cool breeze while admiring the stunning sea view from our deck.
The house is situated amid 1.5 acres of privately owned property and is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. It is comfortably furnished and nicely decorated, with a comfortable living/dining area. A television and stereo are included for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped should you decide to eat in, and a large covered deck with dining area and barbeque grill is available for outdoor dining.
If you'd rather not do the cooking, West End is just a short drive away, with an abundance of restaurants and shops to explore.
The deck is very wide, and wraps around the entire house. It is the perfect spot for gazing at the sea or at the amazing Caribbean sunsets. A few steps down and you are on our swimming pool deck, complete with outdoor shower.
The house was designed and built Island-style with Honduran Mahogany to reflect the culture and simplicity of design commonly found in Roatan.
The Master Bedroom Suite features a king size bed, private tiled bath with an oversized shower, and air conditioning. Two additional bedrooms offer queen beds and ceiling fans, with a shared bath. All bedding is provided.
The island of Roatan boasts the 2nd largest barrier reef in the world, and our scuba diving is some of the finest in the Caribbean. Casa Cervantes is located about 50 yards up the beach from a dive resort that offers individual boat dives for approximately $10 per tank. If you're interested in deep-sea fishing, excursions can collect you directly from our dock. Enjoy resort-style activities during the day, then retire to your private retreat to enjoy the solitude.

CASITA
Casita Cervantes is a cozy studio apartment situated across the deck beyond the shared pool at Casa Cervantes. It is fully air-conditioned, and features a queen-sized bed and full bath. All bedding is included. An attached sundeck overlooks the Caribbean and the pool. It is available to rent by itself or with the main house if you require a bit more space. Casita Cervantes offers privacy and self-sufficiency, with it's own full kitchen. Like the house, it was designed island-style, with Honduran Mahogany. And it shares the grounds, including the swimming pool, the outdoor shower, the white-sand beach and dock, the hilltop breezes, amazing sunsets and 1.5 acres of private property accentuated by all those gorgeous tropical plants.
The same great diving and deep-sea fishing opportunities available to guests of the Casa (detailed above) are also available to guests staying in the Casita.

CONDO
Condo Cervantes is a Brand New 3 bedroom/3 bath condominium located right on stunning West Bay Beach. The condo is located in a small complex with 5 other units, and boasts approximately 2,500 square feet of living space. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom, reading area and private bath. Downstairs features two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, dining area,
living room, and small wet bar. Both levels boast large sun decks overlooking the Caribbean and swimming pool. Gorgeous views are everywhere - the
kitchen, dining room and living
area all feature beach and swimming pool vistas.
There is a washer and dryer within the unit, all bedrooms are fully furnished with A.C., queen size beds and bedding, and the kitchen is nicely equipped with
all cooking and eating placements.
The living room includes a stero and cable T.V.. There is also a covered car port located behind the unit for persons
that have access to a rental car, and an outdoor shower for your convenience after days spent relaxing or playing on the beach.
The condo is close by Los Rocas and Fosters Resorts. Los Rocas offers scuba diving, has exterior dining and a full bar, all accessible after a short 25 yard stroll along the beach. At Los Rocas, a water taxi can take you to West End for a day of shopping, sightseeing or watersports for appoximately 30 Lempiras (US $1.50) per person. Fosters Resort is just beyond Los Rocas, where you can enjoy their full-service restaurant and beach bar.
