Pricing for Casa Cervantes (Sandy Bay - Sunnyside)

• Casa Cervantes features air conditioning in the master bedroom, and ceiling fans throughout..
• We require a $500 refundable security deposit with all reservations. Deposit will be refunded within 10 days of your departure. For stays of 1 month or longer, the security deposit is $1,000.
• We require a minimum 3-night stay.
• During holiday weeks, the minimum stay is 1 week.
• If the number of guests is over 8, please indicate the number in your group.
• Sorry, no pets allowed.
