CASA – Property was laid out nice, beautiful deck, pool and patio with great views. Casual, and steps to the beach for world class snorkeling.

CASA – Perfect location. Fifteen minutes from airport, ten minutes from grocery store. Not too close to tourist area, but close enough to get there within minutes. Lovely restaurant across the street called Hostal La Paella, another fantastic one a we bit further called Bambu. Spent a couple hours at the Carambola Botanical Gardens which I highly recommend. Ten dollars a person, money well spent. House is two minutes away from the Caribbean Sea, which we had access to a 400 ft dock to admire the sunset nightly. What a gorgeous place!

CONDO – I had the chance to stay at Debbie’s condo at West Bay during Christmas and new year 2016 with my extended family (6 adults & 4 kids) What an amazing place, it is located at the perfect spot at the very end of the beach and shielded by the Las Rocas. This location allowed us to have an intimate beach to play with our kids and leave the gears and toys there with no fear of them being “borrowed”. When we wanted more action, we just needed to walk the path to goes across Las Rocas for 2 minutes and we were on the main beach of West Bay where many restaurants, bars and attraction were available. The tours guide that we booked were coming on the beach just in front of the condo to pick us up. The snorkeling in front of the condo is good and with a small 10 minutes’ walk you will be at the natural park. Local peoples are very friendly and are not annoying when they try to sell you things. The condo was in a A1 condition, very clean, plenty of water, dishes, blanket, towels, the pool (which is bigger than it looks on the picture) and beach were cleaned daily. All the equipment provided (oven, grill, washing machine, dryer, A/C) was running in good condition and worked as expected. We had no problem at all during our 14 days there. There is even a local guy coming at the condo every morning to delivery local pastry and if we wanted some fresh seafood or fish, the guy called his friend and no later than 15 minutes after he was there selling us fresh food at a very competitive price. Check-in and check out were very fast and with no problem, the transportation was also a pleasure, guys were right on time and did all the work. Debbie was very fast replying and answering my questions by email, payment with her was easy and I got my security deposit in my mailbox 10 days after check out. Do not miss out on this place. If/when I go back to Roatan, I will look to rent the very same condo.

CONDO – We stayed here for four nights with my entire family. It was 9 of us and we all slept very comfortably. The house was great and lovely. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was really useful as we cooked almost every day. The living room and dining table were big and spacious. The outside balconies had views to die for. And to make this house even more amazing, its location is perfect. The beach off the house is beautiful, with views to die for, and it is very secluded from the big crowds, despite the fact that Weat Bay is literally around the corner, abouta five minute walk away. Debbie was very helpful and thanks to her and the property manager our stay was perfect, Debbie even helped arrange transport from the airport, stopping at a big grocery store before getting to the house so we could get food. Overall our stay was perfect and I can’t say enough good things about the house, its location and the attention provided. This is highly recommended and we hope to be back

CONDO – This condo was the perfect location! We were a group of 7 and had a great stay!! The owners were easy to work with and willing to answer any questions we had about Roatan. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our own meals and drinks. There were plenty of towels and also a washer/dryer with soap in the unit. It is a quit location but a very short walk to the West Bay restaurants and bars. We had a problem with one of the shower heads and called the property manager. It was fixed within an hour! The only downfall was the sand flies! They were vicious! They were all over West Bay as well. We tried the natural bug repellent, but DEET was the only thing that worked. The friends I brought along were extremely impressed with my find and they plan on using the condo for future visits.

CASITA – The casita is lovely and just as it is described. Kerry, the property manager, was very responsive to our needs and both welcoming and helpful. It was a relaxing, clean, tranquil place to spend a week! Debbie responded quickly to any questions we had and truly made us feel welcome in her home. While not beach front, the view of the ocean and veranda make up for that and the short walk to the beach is refreshing. Great place for couples or a family to stay in Roatan!

CONDO – We had a great time at Roatan staying in Condo Cervantes. The place is just great, fully equipped for a group of 8 to 12 people. It is right in the beach front, close to Las Rocas which they serve great food, the water taxis are just in front and the best beach in Roatan is just 10 minutes walking from the Condo. The service from the property managers was great, they were available at every time in case we needed anything. I really recommend to stay at Condo Cervantes. I’ll definitely go back again. Visit Roatan, it is a great place in our small country.

CASITA – We enjoyed our stay ay the Casita Cervantes, very comfortable, with beautiful views and there is always a breeze that cools the house. It was very pleasant to relax at the balconies and pool. It was nice that is well equipped

CONDO – We really enjoyed our stay here!! The condo was spacious and in great condition! There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom is huge and has a nice balcony with a great view of the ocean. The pool is small but perfect for cooling off and or smaller kids. There is a great beach, with some seaweed but
snorkel past that and the boats and you have amazing coral and fish to look at. There is boat taxi right next door so it is easy to get around if needed and you are literally a 1 – 2 minute walk from all of the activity. So in the end, you basically have a private pool and beach but can easily get in on the action. The owners were great and easy to work with and their property manager was great. He came over the first day, helped us get settled in, arranged events for us and taxis back to the airport. We all had a great visit and would definitely stay here again given the chance to return!!!

CONDO – “Great Condo in a perfect location” 5 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 days ago for a stay in March 2015 NEW Our group of 7 older adults enjoyed a 6 night stay at Condo Cervantes. The interior of the condo was well laid out and nicely finished. The kitchen was well stocked. There was a roomy deck adjoining the dining area and another deck off the master suite. We loved sitting on the
decks drinking our morning coffee, and watching the boats going by. The location of the condo was perfect for our group. The condo is in a quiet area next to the Los Rocas resort. There is a sweet little bar/café right next door to the condo. The main West Bay Beach is only a couple of minutes walk away – lots of restaurants, beach activities, and beach bars nearby. The beach in front of the condo is okay for swimming. There is some sea grass. If you are careful (a lot of water taxis pass by) you can swim out to the reef to snorkel. West End is about an hour’s walk along the beach – a beautiful walk. There are a couple of places where you have to wade around or climb over
rocky headlands so bring reef shoes or sandals. John, the caretaker, was very helpful. John solved some air conditioner problems for us very quickly. My husband stepped on a sea urchin and John set up an appointment for him at the clinic and even drove him there to get the spines removed. We will certainly rent this condo again if we return to Roatan.

CASITA – A wonderful experience!. We truly enjoyed our first time outside of an all-inclusive. The casita was equipped with everything we needed – it was clean, bug free, hot showers and the bed was very comfortable. The pool and grounds are
very well maintained and it is a short walk to the beach and dock. Snorkelling was AMAZING right off the dock very close to the reef and Spooky Channel. Kerry (Property Manager) ensured we had everything we needed. We will be back!

CASA – Located a few hundred yards from the water, the house was a great escape from a Connecticut winter. Five of us (three adults, two kids) were very comfortable in the Casa alone on our 10 day stay. We found the property well cared for and the owner very responsive. The house does not have AC other than the master bedroom but we never used it as the high ceilings and fans help the house cool down in the evening. We all experienced the best sleep we
have had in a very long time. Cable (or satellite) TV worked well as did the internet connection. The large wrap around deck was a great place for breakfast and dinner while the dock was a perfect location for a sundowner and swimming. The pool is small but was very clean. With five people we rented a car but a smaller group may find taxis just as easy, readily available on the main road. There are a few restaurants close by but nothing is walking distance (other than the ocean). The property is about a 10 minute drive from West End and about 15 from West Bay. A large US style supermarket is about 10
minutes in the other direction where you will find most of what you regularly use back home. The supermarket in West End was acceptable but small and much more expensive.

CASA & CASITA – Great house that fit our needs perfectly. We rented both the Casa and the Casita for the week. Coffee on the deck in the mornings, spend the days at the beach or exploring the mangroves, cocktails and relaxing by the pool in the evening before and after dinner. The house is very well appointed, nice furnishings, comfortable beds. I would recommend this house to a family or a group of couples. Plenty of room to spread out! Kerry, the
caretaker, was very helpful and gave us some great hints for local places to eat and visit. Close enough to West Bay that we drove there almost daily. Great snorkeling!

CASITA – Booked this lovely little place for a two week diving trip and we were very pleased with the accommodations. Nicely equipped, safe, quiet, and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but everything we needed to make our stay on the island feel like home away from home, which is just how we like it. Kerry, the property manager, was very helpful and even provided us with a cell phone to
use while we were on the island so we could get in touch with family if we needed anything. The only problem we had was with the wifi, which was not the best signal and wasn’t working at all for the first few days. It was only a minor inconvenience since we were there to dive not surf the web. Debbie, the property owner, was very patient in answering all of our questions, of which there were many, prior to the trip. She even recommended Octopus Dive School, where we did the majority of our diving on the island, because they would pick us up at the dock near the property if needed. We ended up renting a scooter
and not needing this service, but were glad that we asked because we loved diving with them!! A few days into our stay, the folks who had booked the big house arrived and we still felt that we had the space and privacy that we were enjoying before. I imagine that depends on the guests, but they were out a lot in the evenings so we still had the place to ourselves a lot. We also ended up diving at the same place we were so it worked out very well. Special warm thanks to the conversations we had with Percival (gardener) who provided us a wealth of information about the island, it’s people and a peak into his long life! All in all, we had an amazing trip and would definitely stay here again. We would love to bring some friends and rent the big house next time so we could stretch out a bit more, but the Casita was perfect for the two of us.

MAY 2014

Casa Cervantes was exactly the vacation experience that we were looking for. We came for the diving, but the comforts of the home made it a home away from home.

J.M. Petterson – Naples, Florida

Thank you for sharing a slice of Paradise! Your Casa and Casita was a perfect setting for our families to get away from it all! Even though we were quite busy with scuba diving, snorkeling, Canopy Riding, horseback riding on the beach, and swimming with the dolphins, we still found time to relax! We feel like we have been away for a month. It is so peaceful and Beautiful! The kids also had a ball. We will definitely be back!

L. Lindstrom – Albany, NY

We spent a lovely, relaxing week at Casa Cervantes. The view is outstanding, and we had all the comforts of home.

Sarah T – Nashville, TN

Although we are not scuba divers, Roatan was an exceptionally good choice for our vacation destination. The lush landscape, serenity, and incredible views were fantastic! We will recommend your vacation home to our friends and family.

The Durkins – Toronto, Canada

When we bid on your vacation home at the schools benefit auction, we had no idea it was going to be a vacation of a lifetime. The photos only came close to showing how beautiful the property actually is. Maybe we can get lucky again next year.
